The association aims to promote applied research in the autonomous community of La Rioja, through: Perform R & D & I in the same companies. Encourage business participation in international projects. Collaborate in R + D + I with technical agents of the Community. To promote the creation of new technology-based businesses and innovators, and contribute to the generation of wealth and employment quality improving the quality of life of citizens of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja.
